About Value Investing Indicator
Value Investing Indicator (VII) helps you find stocks that are available in the value investing zone or can be offloaded from the portfolio if they are in the over selling zone for a short or long-term investment.
- This indicator is in the shape of a Sin wave since the price of any stock traverses in a sin wave fashion.
- It shows index-wise, stock price levels where the index price is shown as a horizontal line and stock prices in value investing zone or over selling portion of the Sin wave. For the above chart, only over selling stocks (> 70% score) and value investing stocks (< 30% score) are shown.
- It also shows the relative view of all the indexes' price levels (choose 'All Indexes' from the dropdown).
- Each of the indexes or stocks contains a score that might range from a number less than 0 to a number more than 100. Typically number close to 0 means a good investment and a number close to 100 means over selling stock that can be rebalanced in the portfolio.
- This score clubbed with the long-term horizon and good fundamental stocks leads to value investing.
- This best works for the cash market.
- Note - This is just a technical chart for your knowledge and free information. Please do not use this as the sole basis for your stock market purchases and seek advice from your investment advisor.
